How to Request for Your Academic Documents Online

In partnership with the Directorate of ICT, UDS, the UDS Alumni Association wishes to inform all alumni that they can now request, and pay for academic documents online and have them delivered to their doorstep through the Ghana Platform for Educational Services (GHAPES). Supported academic documents include transcripts, English proficiency, and letters of recommendation

This initiative aims to enhance the overall convenience and experience of all our members.

Here are steps on how to use the platform:

1. Visit the GHAPES website by clicking here. Click on the Services menu item and then click New Request.
2. Select the institution and input the student ID. (Student name and programme will be populated for confirmation)
3. Click on Add service to select the type of documents being request for, i.e (Transcript, English proficiency, etc)
4. Confirm the selected service details and click to continue
5. Check the confirmation box at the bottom of the invoice to activate the confirm request button. Click to confirm request.
6. Print out the invoice and make payments at any of the bank branches indicated on the invoice.
